The Quran 04:75 (Surah an-Nisa)
And what is wrong with you that you stand not for the Cause of Allah;
Nor help those who are weak, ill-treated, oppressed,
And whose cry is:
“Our Lord! Rescue us from this town of oppressors;
And raise for us from You one who will protect;
And raise for us from You one who will help.”
