Él es Quien envía de lo alto la lluvia abundante, cuando ya han perdido toda esperanza, y difunde Su misericordia. Él es el Amigo, el Digno de Alabanza.
English
He is the One that sends down rain (even) after (men) have given up all hope, and scatters His Mercy (far and wide). And He is the Protector, Worthy of all Praise.
