तो निश्चय मैं (उनसे) क़रीब हूँ। मैं पुकारने वाले की दुआ क़बूल करता हूँ जब वह मुझे पुकारता है।

Indeed I am near. I respond to the invocation of the supplicant when he calls upon Me.
